The new corporate raiders?: "This is not to say that the ends always justify the means in these cases, but merely that ends and means should both be relevant to any assessment of the value of raider behavior."

Is it just me or does this article on corporate governance sound remarkably like Mr Whittaker's discussion of rights, wrongs, and reasons in the so-named Adventures in Odyssey episode? One's actions and motives are relevant when discussing any values (ie not just that of corporate "raider behavior").
